Unfortunately, I have had to take the step of only allowing comments from registered users. Basically, I have received complaints that comments are being submitted under false names or under false pretenses. In order to reduce the amount of incorrect information, I will be trialling using registered users to see if the situation improves.
Great idea and delighted o be the 1st to post!!
ReplyDeleteYou seem to have KK on 13points in the league. Are they not on 10? Or did they win a match they had in hand?
ReplyDeletethink thats right, dont think they played the game in hand yet!
ReplyDeleteKilkenny have beaten both UCD and Bray twice this season and picked up a draw at Fingal.
ReplyDeleteThink this is a good idea, but unfortunately think it will cause many not to post comments.
ReplyDeleteToo right that you stand by comments made, too many weasels posting rubbish comments.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see it. Had to happen really. It's too small a world for some of the talk that's been on here. Hope people now have the balls to post and put their name to things.
ReplyDeletestill won't stop people posting as other people or using different accounts. However, it might stop people consistently posting the same thing e.g the YMCA youth project
ReplyDeleteGood idea ~ besides getting rid of a lot of inane comments {hopefully!} ~ it'll make it easier to follow a "conversation" about a particular issue
ReplyDeleteIt's quite amusing to see the lack of comments now that you have to stand by them!
ReplyDeleteThere would be 20+ posts on the weekends games (Glens beating rovers on golden goal from 2-0 down and YM beating Monkstown), if it was still anonymous!
Clearly not as amusing as it would be with the 20+ comments. This site has become a lot less entertaining.
