All-Ireland Club Championships Group Stages

Leinster sides Three Rock, Pembroke and Glenanne go into this weekend's with high hopes given the province's strong performances thu far this season. All three can rightly claim to be among the tournament favourites in a year where the Leinster senior side won the interpros with Pembroke taking the ISC title.

Rovers, though, will have to do without Ali Haughton who will miss the rest of the season with a broken wrist as well as Australian Pierre Quesnel whose time in Ireland has come to an end. They welcome back goal-machine Maarten Sier, though, and were impressive in a recent 8-0 friendly win over Cork C of I.

Pembroke, who have proved themselves as the best tournament side in recent years with their massive squad will be in good shape, with just long-term injury victims Ronan Flannery and Conor Harte missing.

Glenanne, meanwhile, can pull off big results on their day - as evidenced in their 4-3 win in the Leinster Senior Cup - and produced a solid friendly win over Fingal last week. They're first match with Rovers will prove key for both sides fortunes.

In the All-Ireland league wild card playoff, Fingal will have to get the better of Instonians and Bandon. They are waiting on the fitness of Chris Neville and Keith Crawford.
