Three Rock qualified for the semi-finals of the Club Championships with a 2-2 draw against Banbridge in the final group game in Lisnagarvey to give Leinster their third semi-finalist.
Two deflected efforts from Mitch Darling had Rovers 2-0 up after a strong first-half performance but Banbridge pulled one back through Eugene Magee. Rovers once again were on top in the second half but failed to put away chances and were stung by Dane Ward's goal to level matters.
And Bann almost got a late win with two penalty corners in the final ninety seconds but both of Geoff McCabe's drag-flicks got stuck in the astroturf, perhaps another product of the water problems that blighted the weekend (this had proved a problem in Glenanne's game too).
Rovers will now play Garvey in the semi-finals while Pembroke face a repeat of last year's semi against perennial rivals Glenanne.
