Men's ISC preview

Just two weeks after a thrilling IHL encounter, Pembroke and Glenanne are back for part four of this season's saga - spread over three different competitions.

Holders Pembroke hope to welcome back Ronan Gormley, a midweek absentee against Corinthian, to the starting line-up for the Irish Senior Cup semi-final. For the Glen, Joe Brennan spent much of the week on crutches after a nasty blow while on Leinster duty last Saturday against Ulster.

Brennan had been one of the stand-out defenders up to that point and his skills were sorely missed by the blues but he is hopeful of winning his race against time to be fit.

Meanwhile, the Ulster-dominated other half of the draw sees Cookstown host Banbridge at Coolnafranky with the winner picking up a home semi-final draw against Annadale.

Semi-final: Pembroke vs Glenanne, 2.15pm, Serpentine Avenue
Quarter-final: Cookstown vs Banbridge, 2.30pm, Coolnafranky
