Women's Leinster Division One:
Old Alex 0 Trinity 1 (Rachel Scott)
Trinity bounced back up into a share of third place with UCD and Corinthian tonight with a single goal victory over a number of their alumni, moving ahead of Old Alex in the process. Rachel Scott (pictured) scored the only goal of the game in the 20th minute from a penalty corner. Maebh Horan almost doubled the tally but was denied by the post but Alex were the better side thereafter. In the second half, Roisin Flinn was a regular threat while Alex won a series of corners, one of which Horan saved off the line. Jessie Elliott was in top form in the pads, holding out for a third clean sheet of the season.

Go on Trinity! Good to see the girls realising all the potential they have in that squad!
Go on the Trin!
How long would you say it has been since a Trinity side have been that high up the table in Division One? David Bane is doing a great job and it's great for the team to have Fintan Butler on board as well. Trinners for Winners
Division 1 is hotting up this season isn't it? Not as clear-cut as it used to be, with a few surprise results. Good to see!
Where are the pre-weekend reports Stevo? Get on it!!!! Lots and lots of hockey to do and see
hotting up? If you look at the number of games played it's not really opened up. The teams in joint third place all have 9 points out of a possible 18 whereas the two teams on top have 15 from a possible 15 and 12 from a possible 12. This is what separates the teams. When all the re-fixes are played, that is when we will see how the league really looks
Overloaded with work commitments this week so previews are delayed. If you have any division one/ISC team news, email stevie_findlats@yahoo.com.
take your time findo. we're just happy someone is doing pre-weekend reviews

Congrats, Dave Bane is a stellar coach, lots of talent in the squad and they deserve some good results.
