Irish Hockey Challenge draws

Mullingar's reward for their big win in Omagh sees them face another trip up North, this time to Saintfield. The side, inspired by Tom Bowers, beat Omagh 3-0 away and now face a side placed one below the Tyrone side in Ulster's Podium Senior Two league.

On the women's side, division five high-flyers Naas have a home-tie against Greenfields second team. The Kildare side lead the division from Railway by a point with a game in hand over Railway Union III and will relish bringing the Galway girls to Caragh Road.

Elsewhere, division nine meets fourteen as YMCA host Monkstown in a battle of two 100pc sides.

Men’s Irish Hockey Challenge, Semi Finals (March 7):
Down v Campbellians; Saintfield v Mullingar

ESB Irish Hockey Challenge, Quarter-finals (February 21):
Naas v Greenfields II; YMCA v Monkstown; Fermoy v Wexford II; Clonmel v Athlone
