Ireland were unable to build on a dream start against England in the second game of the two-match series as Nikki Symmons gave Ireland the lead inside two minutes from a penalty corner.
England, though, ran out 3-1 winners with Alex Danson scoring in the 10th minute before Kate Walsh's corner strike taking the lead. Katie Long got the insurance goal two minutes into the second half.
